   I really am rooting for this restaurant, but I've eaten here several times since The Noun opened and always the same - subpar service and food. I understand that Marriott has taken over their food service and that definitely shows. The food our table of 7 ordered was not good... The "Healthy Salads" were missing listed ingredients (avacado, feta & arugula), the lemon pasta was bland and not worth ingesting, at all (no lemon flavor to speak of?!). Additionally, it took over an hour to receive our order (with a 7:15 reservation on a Saturday night). My overall assessment of the food is that it is typical of what you would get at a hotel catered event - below average. Given the level of amenities and the decor (which is always amazing - we were there at Christmas), the restaurant has got to step it up and has, sadly, had plenty of time to do so.

   Do not get the “chefs table” - just a fancy way of saying the most high traffic area! Ran out of potatoes by 8pm on a Saturday night, pretty sure my steak was microwaved - all after a hour plus wait for our food. For the amount of $$$ we spent, absolutely NOT worth it. Only good thing about it was the ambience & cocktails.

   The kitchen was beyond slow it took an hour & 15 minutes for the food to be brought out & then an additional 15 for the meal they forgot. The steak that was ordered was actually raw…the server asked to take a photo to document. We had no interest in sending back to the kitchen & waiting for recooking. The service & management were equally as bad. The manager never once came to our table, displaying such poor leadership for his staff. Water glasses continually empty, had to get up & find our own ketchup for 3 people at our table with fries…just obvious food service 101 failure

   Loved the Thanksgiving dinner menu. I had Prime Rib, Mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts. The pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. I truly enjoyed all the meal, including the salad beforehand. I’m going to attach pictures

   Wonderful food, good drinks, wonderful bartenders and servers. Just be patient if you go on game day it’s very busy but they’re trying their best.

   don’t bother making a reservation because when you arrive two hostesses will tell you that it got really busy and there were “investors and alumni” who took your table.

   Went for our 1115 reservation at 1110. Waited for hostess in front of 20 other people for 20 minutes. Asked the bartender to get the hostess and he said she didn’t show up today. Requested manager. He didn’t come. Requested front desk person to get GM he didn’t show. Left without being seated after about 40 minutes. Didn’t look like the few tables that were seated were getting served.

    It’s near the OU campus and this was parents weekend. Im assuming that fact contributed to the horrible service. The staff were nice but frazzled. I’ll dine again to see if this experience is an anomaly.
