For being in one of the nicest hotels in Boston, and having a high price point, you would hope this restaurant would be much better. The service was discombobulated and not attentive. The food was average— omelettes were dense and under seasoned, served on a plate with four little potatoes. Overall, it wasn’t horrible, but I definitely would not go back.

Our servers were outstanding, and assisted to the experience by giving us background and flair. My wife and I had the fish and chips and the tartar sauce was remarkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Best. Ever. Food! We are addicted to the crab cake and the Beef Wellington, and we cannot order anything else because we love them so much! The crab cake has the bonus of a perfect crust on top, while the luscious inside has almost 100% crab meat (and comes with a crispy salad to offset the richness of the crab cake). The Beef Wellington is absolute heaven...the most butter-like filet mignon, cooked to a perfect medium rare, encased in a golden crust with beautiful, umami duxelles between the steak and the crust. The accompaniment—although not necessary—of "smeared' mashed potato and a few carrots and parsnips rounds it out and makes it a meal. The servers are highly knowledgeable, professional, doting, and friendly. The ambience is warm and romantic, and the decor is stylish and sleek (the curved booths are a nice touch). We highly recommend Ramsay's Kitchen!!

Went for breakfast on a Monday at 10:00 am. There were about 7-10 other tables total, but we waited about 10 minutes just for water. Server bluntly apologized despite being seeing chatting with hostess while we were waiting for said water. Food came out relatively quickly, but the french toast was warm at best. Taste wise both dishes were good, pancakes & french toast. Honestly unlikely to return. Although the food & atmosphere was good, the service was so slow for how few tables were seated, the location isn’t easily accessible if you don’t live within walking distance (closest parking at the Prudential Center scales based on how long you’re parked for, so it was $28 for us). If you can walk here & want a good quality breakfast food, go for it, but I was disappointed after making a reservation & commuting into the city.

I ordered the make your own omelette after looking forward to it for a week. The first time it came out it had tomatoes on it which weren’t requested. I very politely asked the server to have it remade which she did and a replacement came out very quickly. By this time I was incredibly hungry and my omelette looked amazing, however I took one bite out of it to discover that this time it was filled with goat cheese instead of the requested cheddar cheese. At this point I again asked the waitress to take the omelette back and to not worry about replacing it . She was very kind and apologetic and offered me a fruit bowl on the house which was not only appreciated but very fresh and delicious.

Terrific experience, we will be back for sure! Service with Lucy was just incredible, she was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a reservation that we had to change several times due to the inclement weather and the restaurant was very accommodating. Lucy should be commended for her excellent service.
