Myleana was incredible as our server. My wife has very complicated and unusual allergies and Myleana worked as an incredible communicator between manager, chef, and table to make sure my wife can have a wonderful experience. Thank you Myleana.

Honestly fairly let down by this location. We have dined at over a dozen Ramsey restaurants and this was the worst one yet. Server poured sparkling water into my wife’s house water by mistake. Not a big deal but he did it twice! Portions were very small. Especially the beef Wellington. Entrees were brought to the table before our appetizer plates were cleared which lead to zero room on the table. Server was not personable at all. Just not the quality you expect from Ramsey’s name.

We made reservations in advance to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We noted on the reservation that she had certain diet restrictions (vegan). When we arrived we were asked if we’d like sparking or non sparking water - my wife asked for sparking; we received non sparking. The waiter greeted us and said that unfortunately they don’t offer certain options that catered to my wife’s diet and that the kitchen wasn’t willing to accommodate. He said she could have a side of carrots and/or a salad for her entree. We were disappointed that we didn’t get a phone call ahead of time so we could go somewhere else. My wife said she wanted to stay regardless (good sport) and had a “salad” (Happy Birthday - enjoy your salad on your bday - insert sarcasm here). We’ve never had this issue before at a restaurant. Surprisingly dinner arrived at our table within about 10-15 minutes of ordering. Didn’t realize my steak Wellington could be done in such a short time. Makes me question how it was done or prepared They brought her a birthday desert (that she couldn’t eat) and when she asked for a coffee it never showed up. Disappointing. We paid the bill after being there for less than an hour, left and walk next door to Ruth Crist. Although the ambience is what you would expect from Gordon Ramsey, we felt rushed while dining there - as if that they wanted to turn the table over. Ruth Crist (dinner #2) got us right in on a Saturday night despite the restaurant being packed, great ambience/service/food (as usual) - catered to her diet restrictions and even brought her a vegan desert. (And a birthday card). Oh and they brought the coffee she ordered. (Wink, wink 😉) Although our experiences at Hells Kitchen in Vegas were overwhelmingly positive; We have no desire to return to Ramsey’s Kitchen in Reno.

Nice ambience, big with plenty of space between tables. Service was good start to finish. Started with the sparkler rolls, good overall but no one liked the melted butter they came with. I had the shrimp cocktail. It was your standard cocktail, for the cost I was hoping got a bit more effort than shrimp on a bed of ice. Another party member had the butternut squash soup, which they thought was ok. For mains our party had the filet & the beef Wellington. The Wellington was tender but bland. The sauce and puréed mashed potatoes didn’t help much. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was very disappointed in this dish. We also had the Mac and cheese which was OK nothing special. Highlight of the night was the sticky toffee pudding dessert. Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed .Food was by the numbers, generally bland with no real character. considering the cost for our party of four I highly doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon. if you want the Gordon Ramsay experience, I would recommend Hells Kitchen in Tahoe. Overall, I found the food and the overall experience to be significantly better.

Everything was top notch from the moment we stepped in. Our server Jeremy was excellent; so friendly, outgoing, and had great recommendations. All support staff was outstanding as well. Ok now about the food...we started with the oysters...wow! They were from B.C. and were perhaps the creamiest, most buttery oysters we've ever had. They were not large oysters, but packed full of flavor and wonderful texture. We had the crispy eggplant as a side and we were so surprised by this dish. Unexpectedly amazing. Lightly battered small chunks...fried to delicate perfection! For our main dishes, we had the crispy salmon (crispy was an understatement...perfectly moist and tender with amazing crisp skin topper) and Chef Ramsey's specialty, Beef Wellington. As expected, it was perfection...literally melt in your mouth goodness. Highly recommend, this experience was fantastic!

Service is perfect. We had a party of 8. 5 Wellingtons, 1 Roast, Chicken and a Salmon. Everyone was very happy with their entree, desert and wine selection. Staffa was extremely attentive and a water glass was never half full. The only singular miss was the tomato ricotta salads. Tomato was hard and flavorless. It was also completely unseasoned and really needed salt. I was pleasantly surprised we were able to get a reservation on short notice and it was an amazingly remarkable dining experience

We wanted to make a reservation after walking by one evening and we made one for the following weekend. We already had an idea for what to order, the Beef Wellington and the Scallops. We arrived early so we sat at the bar for a cocktail before our reservation, the cocktails were nothing to write home about other than the high price value of the cocktails, we had an espresso martini and the margarita on the menu. While at the bar, it was mentioned that the Veal was one of the best dishes on the menu and was highly suggested, we are considering changing our dinner choices at this point. Once we were seated at our table we placed our dinner order. When I ordered the scallops, it was recommended to order them as a starter- so we did that and it allowed me to order the Veal and my partner order the Wellington. The Wellington and the Scallops to die for! The Veal, was most definitely the upsell for the evening, very under seasoned and over hyped by the staff. The seating along the out outer part of the restaurant does not provide an intimate setting as to what would be expected of fine dining, there were quite a few times where the people passing by were loud and interruptive, also there is no bathroom for restaurant guests only, you must use the bathrooms within the casino near the nigh clubs. 5/10 overall experience would not willingly return for a personal evening.
