   They listed Beef Wellington on the limited Holiday menu but did not inform that it would not be available until later afternoon. Also out of scallops as add ons. Food cold. Side was undercooked.

   The staff was extremely friendly but I thought the portion sizes was small. For a party of 4, we ordered an app and shared 6 entrees and 3 desserts and left still slightly hungry and no leftovers. It took 45 minutes between the appetizer and entrees as well. It was a nice evening and fun to go to experience it if you are a Gordon Ramsey fan. But, I do not need to go back and was slightly disappointed.

   Even though it was Christmas Eve, the service was fabulous. The food was excellent. We literally tried every appetizer with the exception of the crabcakes as we just didn’t feel like those. All of them were absolutely delicious. We also got both the brussels sprouts and the au gratin both were very delicious. I had the seafood risotto which was excellent. One of our party had the chicken and the only thing is the chicken is we wish it would’ve been available with dark meat, but it was very good. And the signature beef Wellington did not let us down. It was fabulous. We shared the sticky coffee and the berry crumble for dessert. Both were also as good. Our waitress was wonderful. The only slightly downside was the three people next to us who are obviously drunk very loud and very vulgar And the fact that we are in the back where there was a slight draft and the room was more cool than we would’ve liked it. But all in all a very good time

   Food was just okay. Restaurant seemed so crowded that maybe they overbooked. Menu was a holiday menu with limited options. I don’t mind paying for good food, but this food wasn’t worth the price. Might try it again when they offer a regular menu.

   Granted it was a holiday it took 25 minutes for the drinks from the bar. Service and atmosphere was wonderful. Scallops were cold and very spicy, Wellington says med rare but it was easily rare-still delicious. Everything needed salt. I would try again with the full menu. But not rushing back.

   My only complaint is that we felt rushed: our entrees came out almost immediately after starters, and we were hoping for a more leisurely dining experience.

   None of the food was cooked to temperature like it was luke warm. Ordered the rolls which were cold. Bone marrow that was not cooked long/hot enough so it was not rendered. Ran out of mix for their signature cocktails. 2 of us ordered the beef wellington that says comes out medium rare, it came out black and blue and the temperature to touch was slightly above room temperature. The manager was not good at de-escalating. Second manager asked if we wanted a different order which we were told it would be another 15 mins to received a filet instead....over 30 mins later we flagged the waiter and he checked with the kitchen who indicated it would be a "few minutes more" so we canceled the food. 2 of us didn't eat a course meal... will not be returning.

   Have been dining out on Christmas Eve for over 15 years. By far, our worst experience. Food was mediocre at best for the price. Chicken bland and tasteless. Husbands steak was cold. Service was terrible. Especially the bar service. Will not be back.

    This being my 2nd time (first time was in London) it didn’t have the same vibe. This just felt like any other high end place in the burbs. Was a limited menu for Christmas Eve but a huge over look was not having any sort of salad. My Wellington was lukewarm. Then again we were a party of 8 so it potentially sat in expo waiting for the rest. Bone marrow was great. Other steaks cooked perfectly. Truffle potatoes fantastic. The star of the show was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The others at my table were afraid to try since the don’t like dates. We ordered 3 desserts and that took number 1. I’ve dreamt about that since London so I will be back. Our server (guy with Mohawk and cool glasses) was phenomenal. All in all it was a great night.
