The venue is upscale and comfortable. Has a beautiful view of bridge, river, and arch from the restaurant and in lobby. Andrew as a server was great and attentive. He made some great menu suggestions and was attentive. The food was excellent, we split beef Wellington and pan seared scallops as recommended. They were delicious and cooked well. We also had the truffle fries and Caesar salad, which were also excellent. The sticky toffee pudding was a great way to finish off dinner. We were here for a birthday and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

It was great. The staff was great. The only thing that I can point out is that the salt and pepper was on the wrong side of the table.

The food was very good except for the appetizer. We had broiled octopus and steak tartare. Both are an acquired taste we didn't share. The noise level was a little high. The waitress and supporting staff were excellent.

Other than my reservation being canceled after I checked in, the experience was very good. The food was as good as expected from a fine dining restaurant. Will visit again in the future.

Food was amazing but we got sat almost 20 minutes after reservation time and waited over an hour for our food. Great ambiance tho and the truffle fries are S tier.

Sunday evening service was terrible. Must have been call-offs or perhaps this was their back up staff or something. I am not sure why i have to make excuses for the kind of $ we dropped. Food was spot on though. Even my drinking guests noticed how flakey the service was.

We were in St. Louis for 4 days. We ate at 4 high end restaurants and loved everything about everyone of them except Ramsay's Kitchen. The service was absolutely terrible. We also received a $79 service charge on top of 20% tip due to the fact we had a party of 8. I believe in tipping well when the service is good. However our service was terrible and we got charged both the 20% tip and 20% service charge. We were given our water right away and then waited a good 20 minutes for the waitress to come back. When she returned she told us we needed to place our order for our whole meal at the sametime. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. We are used to eating in high end restaurants and we were all very excited about eating at Ramsay's Kitchen. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. We are all huge Gordon Ramsay fans and we definitely expected our experience at his restaurant to be much better then it was. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

The food - across the menu - was superb, sublime, excellent, bold, fresh, well-crafted... well, you get the point. The ambiance was of course far above average, but still, only on par with other restaurant experiences at this level. The fact that it was winter prevented the use of the outdoor dining area which I can see increasing the score here. The "value" is in the eyes of the beholder, of course. If you're reading this, then your idea of value at a restaurant like this is very different from the average person. I mean, no matter how well-off you are financially, it's objectively hard to justify three scallops for $45. Still, the menu prices are besides the point when dining at this class of restaurant, so really can't be criticized. A couple who walks in the door for dinner is obviously okay with the fact that they're going to walk out with $275-$300 less in their bank account. But the food... ah, the food. Especially the Sticky Toffee pudding at the end. You soon forget the cost.
