Located on the 4th floor of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Rang Mahal will offer the perfect venue for a casual dinner with friends to a romantic date night for two. The menu includes appetizers and main course dishes such Minced Lamb Kebab - a royal household recipe, Mangalorean Ghee Roast Prawns which is inspired by Karnataka's bunt community and is carefully served in a bird's nest style of presentation and Baked Whole Lamb Leg. The selection of beverages are thoughtfully curated to compliment the heritage dishes.

    We booked the restaurant for my husbands 60th birthday. It had a really lovely ambiance and we were made very welcome. The food was delicious and they even brought out a chocolate birthday cake for my husband and the rest of the party to enjoy. Thank you so much for making the night special.

    Amazing service, Amazing food and atmosphere! Mains for 3 people were around £90, but absolutely worth it, best butter chicken I've ever had!

    Rang Mahal has sadly fallen down with its standards. I remember jn its early days it used to be the Indian spot in town. But now it’s become a bit run down ish. The food is extremely bloaty as well. Portions are too large. For a meal at this price points portions need to be just right. The naan was made too thick?, match that up with thick gravies as well and you can’t eat behind 1. Our server was sweet and attentive. But was quite on the side of making sure that if we’re taking a set menu to not use a discount as it won’t be applicable bla bla. The drinks were also not good. Had to go through 1-2 iterations before they finally found the right balance. It was just frustrating. The set menu they brought everything together instead of seperate utensils to save their own time, the affected affect ends up being really large bowls of food which even the person who wants to eat gets scared of. The decor is as beautiful as I remember when I was a kid but the food needs a change for sure. It all needs to be more minimalistic. Take inspiration from places like tresind or any of Vineet Bhatia’s local restaurants. They make you go back. After last night I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

    Deliciously satisfying experience with the Restaurant month menu. The butter lobster was a unique flavor & interesting one. Thank you Pradnya for being such a courteous waitress, had a good time.

    Another amazing meal at Rang Mahal, the flavors and options are amazing! They cater to almost every dietary restriction with care and thought! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubai

    Really lovely food (there was a lot of it!!!) Edwin, our server was great, explaining what each, delicious dish was. The restaurant itself was beautiful with a terrific view (although it was a little bit dark! I like dim, moody lighting - but this was a bit extreme!) If I had one issue it was that it wasn’t clear when offered water, that this wasn’t part of the deal. So you end up paying 35dhs for a bottle of water! A bit of a rip off given the brilliant deal for the rest of the meal. Overall - highly recommended but don’t have the water!!
