    We have been going to Rays for many years and it’s one of our favorite places. But it was our first trip since it changed management. We arrived 15 minutes early for our 7:30 reservations. However, we were not seated for almost an hour. This was odd because there were a good number of tables open. There seemed to be a disconnect about getting people seated. While we waited we went to the bar area to get a drink. They only had 3 bartenders to take care of the entire bar area as well as all the bar tables. They needed 1 or 2 more. It took a long time for the bartender to take our order and then longer to actually get our drinks. He kept telling us he’d be right back with our drinks, but his main focus was all the bar tables. Once we were seated, our waitress was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed her service and recommendations. The food was very good. However, they did undercook our filets - rare instead of medium rare and medium rare instead of medium. But we were okay with that because the quality of the steaks was very good. All in all we still just love Rays. Great location, great ambience, servers are wonderful and we have always loved the food. I would give 5 stars if they were more efficient getting parties seated and they improve the efficiency of the bar area.

    Great atmosphere, great food and service. Singer in the bar added to experience as well. Very festive choice for Christmas Eve dinner

    We have been coming to Rays for 8 Christmas eve's in a row. The service is always perfect. For the first time, my filet was a little dry and tasteless. It was $59 dollars and I only allow myself this treat once a year. I think it must have been sitting a while because it had no juice on it and it came way too quickly. I was disappointed. But the service was perfect as usual. Everyone was so nice. Desert was perfect as usual.

    Horrible service. Terrible server. No drinks for over 40 minutes . Food never checked on once delivered. Rude that we has separate checks. Worst server ever.

    Food was cold. Had to ask for fresh batch of fries. But my entree was the same. Ate it anyway. Oh well.
