   My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience here. Although it was a busy night, the service remained outstanding. Our server, Benjamin, offered great recommendations and was very attentive. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic—definitely some of the best in the area! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an elevated dining experience with a relaxing, cool vibe.

   This is our second time at Rebellion in Cocoa Beach, the first time was on their grand opening. Rebellion is one of the classiest restaurants in Cocoa Beach. Certainly ranks up at the top in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. One of the few places I found locally to serve oyster stew, one of my favorites. I paired it with their Rebellion Burger, that had interesting and complex flavors with its bacon, cheeses, and onion jam. My wife and daughter shared a flavorful chicken dish and we ordered two other appetizers, including their delicious cornbread and a special pasta dish. When the pasta dish was not initially received, the chef immediately prepared it, personally delivered it, and removed the charge from our bill, without us asking. Julia was our server and she was friendly, attentive, and prompt. Signature cocktails were interesting and delicious. Some interesting French wines highlighted the wine list. The owner stopped by our table and remembered us from our earlier visit. She thanked us for our patronage. We came early and when we left before 7:00, every table was occupied and the bar was filled. A little pricey, but in alignment with other quality restaurants and definitely worth it!

   Fabulous new place.. greeted with smiles Clean, fresh and god vibe.Waitress was outstanding, knowledgeable about menu, potions and wine and cocktail options We shared the tasty cornbread and yummy duck confit My beef tartare was amazing and my hubby loved his steak and frites.. good cut of meat and cooked to perfection and peeper sauce completed it.. we finished off our meal with crème brûlée.. will definitely go back .. nice to have something new with class locally

   Such a great new addition to Cocoa Beach & hands down the best oyster stew that I have ever had in my life When there check out their gallery & event room. It’s super cool. My wife & I are definitely going to be long time returning customers.

   When every member of the staff, regardless if it is their table or not chips in to remove used utensils, glasses and dishes, you know you’re in for a superb experience. The chef is a flavor genius. Dining done right in every way.

   So happy that Rebellion joined the dining options in Cocoa Beach. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and led to our table. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu as well as the wines offered by the glass., since they are not your typical wine choices. The mussels entree was phenomenal and is served with delicious frites made by the chef. The cobia is uniquely prepared and beautifully plated. The staff is remarkably attentive. They worked as a team, one of them stopping by periodically to check on us, clear dishes, etc. The dining room was about three-quarters full but noise was imperceptible. Perfect ambiance for quiet conversation. Definitely add this restaurant to your list of “must go” establishments.

   The eating area is too dark. They don’t let you keep a low light on the table after you have ordered. You need the low light to see the menu The print on the menu is so small . The staff was awesome .  My steak was the worst I’ve ever had. The meat might have been properly done, but the peppercorn sauce on it was inedible. Everyone on my table had a taste. And one person remarked that it tasted like chemicals. The french fries were delicious. This was our second time back. We had sent private constructive feedback to the chef last time. It was ignored.

    Excellent cocktails main and side dishes. Best dinner that we had in Cocoa Beach. The Sreak Au Poive and pork chop were exceptional.
