Food was fresh as a daisy and warm.great portions and full of flavour. Surprised by the negative comments as our party of 4 had a brilliant meal....try the crab:)

The food was good but the service was extremely poor, the staff didn’t seem to understand English, the soup was just thrown on the table, one of us got her main meal at the same time as the starter, after 40 mins wait I had to ask where our main was and a 10% service charge for service that bad is a complete joke. It was so cold inside my partner had to put her coat on, we ordered 2 coffees and 1 tea and got 3 coffees and because of the lack of understanding couldn’t get it changed. Not good enough

Hi Phil, we are so sorry to hear your unsatisfactory. There are few servers still under training, may not understand English very well. I apologise for unprofessional service by the wrong drinks. But I'm sure we can exchange it. Also due to Christmas season, we have 10% service charge to encourage better service, if you are unhappy with service, you can speak with the manager and refuse to pay service charge. We will improve the service based on all customers honest reviews.Thanks and apologise.
