   Best burgers we have ever had. And the buffalo wings were incredible

   When I travel to Southampton this is a place I like to go too but this was Not a great visit Staff were friendly enough and changed the first flat pint for another flat pint Decided to leave disappointed and eat at another restaurant Won’t be returning anytime soon

   Great food but over priced. Poor service. No one checked on us during the meal to ask if all was OK or if we needed more drinks. Would have stayed longer for pudding and more drinks if offered but as we weren't we left Food was lovely but prices are high for what you get. Took ages to get the bill even though the place wasn't busy.

   Whilst the good old bourbon traditional American burger bar is a nice concept, I feel this restaurant is lacking. The food is mediocre at a high price, to be honest I’ve had better burgers and fries and FIVE GUYS.

   Got told to wait at the bar for our table to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to be served a drink while waiting for table. 15 minutes later and we got showed to our table. Ordered food and when starters came they were pretty much chucked at us along with cutlery as if the waitress had something much more important to be doing. The starter was cold and if my partner is complaining then it really isn’t like it should be. The kitchen made a fresh one and was so much better. While eating main meals we were never approached regarding our meal or another drink offered. The hostess apologised for the service and the food.

   Me and my Partner went to Red Dog Saloon on a whim before a gig last night. The Food/Service/Atmosphere was phenomenal. Will deffinetly be returning.

   Our latest experience was a real let down. We’ve been many times before, and loved it. This time however service was not good, including incorrect orders. The food quality was down, and price had been increased. Will be back but it won’t be for a while while they ride out this bump in the road

   Service slow. Arrived, 8:15. Order 8:35 Drinks arrived 8:45 Food arrived 9:00 Food was terrible salty. Portion size was good. Drinks were OK. Beer was poor, flat & warm, it was meant to be a Corona Lager. Took an age to clear table. In the end, I asked for bill, no one seemed to be interested. £140 - for 1 starter, 5 mains, 3 Drinks. Not worth it.

    It was our first experience of Red Dog Saloon, so the menu was unfamiliar. Two of us had burgers and one had a sandwich. The burgers were very good, the sandwich less so. We'll give it another go sometime, and maybe try the plates.
