   We’ve been looking for that awesome Sunday roast for a while. The roast pork and exceptional crackling was it. Great banter with the serving staff too. Very impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend

   We had a very nice Sunday lunch, the food was lovely, the waiter was very friendly and attentive to our wishes, it also had a great ambiance. We will be returning again as we are there for our Xmas day dinner but will definitely be back for many future meals as well.

   We used to meet at the Red Lion on a regular basis as its a 1/2 point for family get together's but stopped with Covid & the departure of the Regular Landlady. Glad to see it's back in good hands again. We had such fun , the staff were very engaging & joined in with us, very chatty & good fun. We all enjoyed our meals , 3 courses in some cases. The menu has sufficient range to suit everyone without being to extensive. Lovely ambiance, cosy & busy to create a great atmosphere. We'll look forward to further visits in the future.

   I always enjoy dining and wining at the Red Lion.Very good Menu, food is excellent and a good wine,, beer and Cocktail list. Very nice helpful friedly staff, and a nice atmosphere.I can highly recommend, thank you.

   We were very warmly greeted by the 'new' manager and pleasant interactions with other staff. The food was delicious and of an appropriate size for our appetites. We have already booked for New Years Day and are looking forward to a return visit. We have also been telling our friends about the Dog Walkers Breakfast and might take advantage of thsi ourselves even though we don't have a dog to walk.

   The best Sunday lunch meal I have had in a pub. I cannot recommend the Red Lion more, the food and service were exceptional

   Fabulous Sunday roast with bottomless potatoes and veg. Very busy lunch service so we ate in their garden which was lovely.
