   We were going out of a lunch with our daughter and we were having a wonderful time together and we enjoyed our lunch.

   We had a delightful experience. Our waiter was awesome . We had been a few times before but he made our dining experience the best . Very sharply dressed and he deserves a very good coudos went above and beyond and he made sure everything was perfect. Thank you

   I had high expectations for this restaurant, but my experience was nothing short of frustrating. We had a reservation, yet we still had to wait an unbelievable 1.5 hours to be seated. What’s the point of making a reservation if it’s completely disregarded? The staff was unapologetic and unorganized, offering weak excuses instead of real solutions. We watched as other guests (who arrived after us) were seated before us, adding to our frustration. By the time we finally got to our table, we had lost our appetite and patience. To make matters worse, there was no compensation for the ridiculous wait—no complimentary drink, no discount, nothing. Just a “sorry for the wait” as if that was enough. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually respect their customers. Avoid at all costs!

   They were definitely overbooked but due to it being Valentine’s Day I don’t expect any less! Even though we had to wait for our reservation the food was quick and so good, the service was great, and the staff were super friendly! It was an excellent night out!

   Made a reservation with my wife for Valentine's Day. Reservation was for 7:45 but we had to wait 45 minutes to get a table because they overbooked. The lobby was filled with other couples waiting with reservations as well. Was told by the host that the manager did this intentionally to get extra business for Valentine's Day. It's a busy night but why accept reservations if you can't accommodate them. Food was good but really disappointed in the lack of service.

   We had a reservation and unfortunately the restaurant was overbooked, we had waited over 45 minutes to be seated (other guests waited over an hour - also with reservations). The staff were friendly though and did work to do their best to seat people as they were able to, just disappointing how crowded and long the wait was.

   It's was just not good. Very little flavour in the pasta, shrimp over cooked, beans were swimming in butter, and the steak was such poor quality, extremely chewy, inedible, unfortunately. With that said, the manager compensated for the surf and turf without us mentioning anything, as it they stated the plate appeared, we weren't happy. That was very classy and impressive. Won't be back. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back though.

   I ordered the Surf & Turf - The ribeye was perfectly cooked to my request (med. rare) but I would have loved to see a little more crust and seasoning on the outside of the steak. It was still delicious and tender. The lobster tail was smaller than I expected but delicious. I think the next time I go, I would just order 2 lobster tails and skip the steak.

    Great experience staff so very friendly would highly recommend Red lobster Barrie
