Had a reservation and told me that they would call but i never got the call even though i went in person 2 times. Ps still didn’t get anything

We visited the restaurant on Christmas Day so we expected it would be crowded. However, there weren’t that many customers. Our service was the worst I have had in many years. Our server was inattentive and even though she passed us several times, she never checked on how we were doing, refilled our water, coffee or biscuits. We had to flag her down to get any requests and had to do so a couple of times before some of our requests were accommodated. I wouldn’t had a problem with the delay in getting our food if the sever had paid attention to us in the meantime.

The shrimp bowl with jalapeño ranch dressing with rice, salad and shrimp was great. All of those flavors combined was very tasteful.

Everything was fabulous until they got busy, service slowed and people behind us were talking so loud even using phone on speaker mode, note the ideal date, bartender and servers walked by specialty drink numerous times figuring its jot their responsibility to get it to the table

Steaed us immediately. Half of the tables were empty. Had 5+ servers walk by us. Sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Left and went elsewhere.

This was our first time eating their delicious coconut shrimp. We ordered the fried catfish which was cooked to perfection.
