    We got what we was expecting out of the experience it has been years since we’ve been to red lobster. We decided to go at the last minute on Valentine’s Day. They were overbooked. It took a long time for the food to come out. However, our waitress was amazing.

    The staff was very nice and polite , but the food took a long time to come out and it was not the quality you usually see at red lobster. The place was pretty empty as well which is why we didn’t understand why it took so long. The table was obviously washed with a sour cloth and it wasn’t what I had hoped.

    Early dinner (between 4pm and 4:30pm) is always a good time. Less crowded. Service is faster.

    The restaurant seemed a little short staffed. There was not a person at the front desk, but when someone came she were able to seat us within 2 to 3 mins. Other than that, the service was good.

    Server Laura was amazing. The food was beyond disappointing though. I see why they were the only restaurant in the area with availability.
