We used to avoid coming here on the weekends because of the long waits. Now that you can make a reservation is so much better. Our food was amazing, Patty our service was very attentive and friendly. I wanted to make sure management knew how satisfied we were. Walter came to our table and asked how everything went. We told him that this was one of our better experiences here. I hope they continue to be on top of their food quality and good customer service.

Terrible !!!!! No había personas y tardaron 40 minutos en llevar la orden de comida, nunca limpiaron la mesa un servicio pésimo y la comida aún más

Food, service, and vibe was great! Sat in the bar area, I love that area. The service was great too! From the host stand to the food runners, everyone was fast and friendly. I've been to all of the RL locations in SD county, and this is the best one. The other's seem to be stuck in the early 2000's.

We were seated in bar area and I loved the lighting was dimmer and the bartender was great. Very attentive and friendly.

Since we made resevertaions in advance, the hosts told us that our names get moved down to the bottom after every other guest that comes in. I did not find that fair since we waited 30 minutes after our reservation time and party’s that came after us got seated before us.

I noticed there were empty booths in the bar area. I asked the hostess if I could dine in the bar area. She said she would ask. She asked an older lady with white hair and a pony tail and she rudely said no! They seated me in a crowded area even though there was plenty of seating throughout the restaurant. The fish and chips were terrible. Dried out thin cut fish with mostly dark meat. The bay biscuits were bland and dried out. The worst experience I've had at a Red Lobster. The older lady came by after I paid and had the audacity to ask me to give a five star rating on the survey.?? Really?

Did not have any veggies they brought me Brussel sprouts didn’t like them for what I paid not worth it

I ordered a filet mignon cost and $30 and it did not come in the way I asked for it to be cooked I asked for medium well and it was well done dry I was only able to eat a couple bites. The waiter did offer me some shrimp scampi on the house, but still I was not able to eat my steak very disappointed.

We were there for an hour before we just asked for our order to go. We were seated with our order in and we didn’t get our order until an hour later.
