    This does NOT make a reservation for you. We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation and were told the wait was an hour. This is only call ahead seating. Thanks for making our birthday celebration so awkward. We had to pivot to find something different. Not easy on a Sunday at 6:30. Very frustrated!!!

    The experience was far from great. First they do not know how to manage call ahead and open table priority seating. You are just lumped into walk ins. The hostess was lost and kept telling everyone it would be 30 min when it was actually closer to an hour. She would wander off and seemed very confused with lots of empty tables in restaurant. Was wondering where manager was- never seen. The table was visibly dirty and we had to wipe it ourselves. The service once seated was good. Did have to remind server of things requested. Snow crab legs had visible crab leeches which should be scrubbed off.

    The experience was just okay. The crab legs were cold at the tips and warm at the base, but they were somehow done and tasted good…just would have been nice if they were hot! Salad lettuce was huge pieces of lettuce and required cutting before eating, and the coleslaw just isn’t as good as it used to be. Wish they would bring back the red wine vinaigrette and the original coke slaw recipe!! Shrimp scampi were delicious!! Overall, not bad, but could be better, for sure!!

    Most disappointing. We have been to Red Lobsters on Montgomery many times. The foods are usually pretty good, and the service was generally nothing to complain about. Last night, however was beyond bad. We ordered Lobster, it came without the two side dishes. The waitress doesn’t seemed to notice. My request for a cup of hot water for my tea, took forever. We asked that the Lobsters be broil, instead it came boil. However, the Manager did came out and apologize and our bill was dedicated minus the two side dishes. I guess week day is not a day to dine. They are apparently short handed and maybe inexperienced Kitchen cook, etc.

    I have to day our food came out warm and fairly quick. We were seated quickly and the hostess was pleasant. The food portions are much smaller but prices have gone up. The table was dirty feeling and our waitress was pretty much non-existent. She never refilled our drinks. For me all you have to do is keep my drink full and I am happy. They do have an app with a rewards program which is nice however we wanted the desert and was told there was no ice cream so we went with a different choice. The waitress took down the code but when we got home I noticed that we were charged for the free shrimp. My husband paid the check and didn’t notice. A waitress really can make or break your dining experience. She wasn’t even willing to take our check to pay our bill. She laid it in the table and told us to use the tabletop option to pay. My husband tipped her too much in my opinion.

    Tiny scoop of mashed potatoes and small serving of broccoli for entrees that come with 2 sides. I'd also like to box my own food when there are leftovers. Wait staff should never insist to/and do it. Aren't C19 cases up in Hamilton County right now? 13May22
