While our waiter was great the rest of the night, not so much. we arrived, and the host said about 10 minutes - after 30 minutes, I asked how long, and she said she forgot to move us up on the list. We finally sat 53 minutes after arriving. The waiter was right on us and took our drink and appetizer orders. The appetizers came out almost an hour after we ordered! The food came out over an hour and a half after we sat down, and it was not only missing the side dishes. The lobster was like rubber, and the shrimp was mushy. Needless to say, we will not be back to red lobster

The service was horrible, food came cold , was terrible tasting, not cooked properly, all you eat shrimp was not offered for any seconds, table next to use arrived 30 minutes after us, but were served before us, and we couldn’t even get a drink refreshed. We had to wait to close our check.

Actually didn’t stay as they were out of a lot of shrimp items- very limited selection. When entering the restaurant, there was a smell of air freshener- not food or anything.

Our waiter, Stephan, was amazing. He really made our experience a memorable one. Very attentive and full of energy. The food was very good too! Good quality and perfectly cooked.

Red Lobster is a great place for seafood. I’m a long time customer for many years. I brought many family members there in the past. The food is always fresh & hot & very well presented. We enjoyed our meals again as usual; the service was very good.

Four african american small children ran through the restaurant trying to sell candy bars. Very annoying. Apparently this is a very frequent occuranc at this place.

We were seated immediately Our waitress Janet was a bit over loaded with other tables. She did apologize many times for the delay. We had no time restrictions so we were comfortable with the waiting. We received water and bread and lots of time to look and decide on our meal. We decided to share a few items which came out quickly and hot. There was plenty of food. Janet apologized again after she had to turn down another table of 8. It was a very busy night for her and told her how much we appreciated all the service she gave us
