The staff when I arrived was wonderful!!! I believe we were greeted by the manager. We added an additional person to our party, and she was able to accommodate with no problem. She entertained my grandchildren and pulled out a lobster from the tank for them to see. She was very, very nice. Our waitress was even nicer. She got everything we needed, was attentive and was on top of our order. We would love to stay in her section again. I have not been to Red Lobster in over 20 years. We decided to go because we saw the Tuesday, crab dinner for 24.99. The portions were three clusters and the potatoes underneath the crab were delicious. I selected the garlic and butter sauce for my crab legs and there was PLENTY of garlic on my dish. I was very surprised with the quality and will definitely return for next weeks Tuesday special. I loved it!!! The staff was GREAT!!! The food was tasty!!

The clam chowder at Red Lobster is absolutely and sincerely THE worst New England style clam chowder I have ever had or seen. Not worth their cup price of $7.99 with no flavor, 3-4 tiny pieces of what I think was clam, and 2-3 tiny pieces of diced potato. Saying that it is about the thickness of warm milk is not an exaggeration. I’m willing to bet you could even buy canned chowder at the market for under $3 and it will have more flavor and ingredients than Red Lobster. My suggestion is if you want real/better seafood pick a place by the coast with a solid reputation or good reviews. Same reason if you want real quality Italian food you don’t go to Olive Garden unless you are someone who likes pineapple on your pizza, then enjoy!

pretty standard seafood fare. the menu ranges from moderately priced shrimp and fish to more expensive entrees such as lobster. the biscuits are a plus. wine is a bit over priced

Doing the open table reservation is useless. We just got put in as a walk in behind everyone else. I feel like this was a scam to get us to come to the restaurant as it did zero good to do a reservation
