I wouldn’t return to this location. It smells like a party that wasn’t cleaned up. The wait staff thinks it’s comedy hour watching videos and laughing. The staff doesn’t know how to do up charges to change selections because they say their registers are preprogrammed and the management is argumentative about their misleading sign up for the app dozen biscuits to take home. Overall fail.

The food was good, and I have no complaints. It is about what you expect from Red Lobster. We had the Crabfest special, which is overpriced for what you get for $38. I got one cluster, and they were out of crispy potatoes. What made the experience most pleasant was our waiter, Laura. Even if the food were terrible, which it wasn’t, I would have given my dining experience 5 stars, just for how she cared for us and her other tables. Her service was superb, and it made for an enjoyable dinner.

Waiter was very kind, we accidentally throw 2 lemonades and he kindly help us clean.

Excellent quick simple meal, birthday dessert was free. This is usually a Friday night family bundle place, but this was even better as individual.

Outstanding till the check arrived. The preselected tip percentages included the total of food and drinks and tax. I didn't realize recent tipping customs included tips on tax. Is this on purpose?

Disappointing! The service was great and so were the mixed drinks. But the food was lousy. The lobster tails were puny, overcooked, and there was evidence that they were old. Other food ingredients were mediocre at best. The food tasted like microwaved frozen food. Only the biscuits were good, as always. We'll never go there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Service and restaurant were great. The greeter was terrific and Mary, our server, did everything perfect and with a great attitude! The food was a little off. The batter was falling off the Cod and the Cod is usually good but it didn’t have a good flavor this time. The Caesar salad dressing was not flavorful. The fried clams were very good!

Outstanding service - they went out of their way to make us feel taken care of. Lara is one of the best servers — she deserves special recognition. We celebrated my dad’s 84th birthday and came with a birthday cake and bottle of champagne. Lara managed to find 5 champagne glasses and took the initiative to wash them herself (I’m sure they seldom have guests requesting champagne glasses at Red Lobster but she was resourceful). She anticipated our every need and did it with a smile. Food was great. Love the stuffed mushrooms, surf and turf (lobster and filet mignon), excellent side dishes (especially the broccoli and orzo rice), and of course their signature yummy biscuits. Even though the kitchen overcooked one of our steaks, they did right by us and brought out a new one and even gave us a discount on our meal. We will definitely come back again.
