   My second time back, because the first time was surprisingly very good. They delivered a great experience again, so I’ll be back.

   We received great service from Austin and the rest of the employees! The food was very good as well!

   We arrived about four minutes after eight and there was a couple who had a canceled flight on Christmas Eve and they would not see them. They said they were getting the table ready and then said we had to wait for the rest of our party to be seated. Our party arrived, and there was no hostess for several minutes and then when she came back, she still had to set up the table and then finally sent us.  the only saving Grace about the whole night was a waiter. The food was mostly terrible, a few of us could eat our meals because the lobster tail was fishy and mushy, or steaks were too tough to cut with a steak knife, and the baked potatoes tasted like they were the last thing they had left. Which we ended up finding out they were because One person wasn’t able to get one.  also, the manager was very abrupt and not friendly. I realize the people there were four minutes after the time for the last scene, but it was Christmas Eve and they were still allowing reservations. She also was not very nice about it in my opinion. Also, the wait time for us to sit. It was crazy to me if they were so worried about timing. I’m not sure why we had to wait so long in order to get seated.

   They were able to seat us right away. The table reserve went smoothly!

   Always a good meal. Usually fine service The biscuits are always fantastic

   The food was pretty good when we closed out and paid the bill the waitress informed us that we accidentally paid for the table behind us so she had to issue a refund and we had to do it again

   Service was very good, food was disappointing. Had snow crab legs which was over cooked.
