Had the Wednesday $24.99 Steak and Lobster and it was surprisingly good. Service was great and I enjoyed it for the money spent. My daughter loved the crab, so we will definitely be back.

Had not been to Red Lobster in awhile. Menu has changed, portion sizes are smaller, prices are higher. Service was great, ambience was fine. I’ll probably give it another try. It was hard to judge my experience because my expectation was different. It will probably take another meal to truly find if I like Red Lobster or not. My overall experience this time was good but in an indifferent way.

This Red Lobster never disappoints. Our server Meredith was attentive and even taught our son some lobster facts when she fished one out for him to see from the tank. Sammy who seated us was also a sweetheart. Our food was delicious. We’ll be back when we need a seafood fix again.

Bathrooms were cluttered and had a very unpleasant odor. Almost like sewage back up. Drinks from bar took forever and then they came out 1 at a time. 2 alcohol drinks, 1 smoothie and 2 juices. Had to ask for refills, napkins, etc. we were celebrating a 4 yr bday and 13 yr anniversary. The server did wish us a happy birthday and anniversary. But no dessert or anything special. Notes were in OT and my father in law had mentioned it upon arrival. The host did interact with the kids and let them pet lobster. They named him Larry. That was cool and probably the only highlight of the evening. Overall, just okay. Wouldn’t recommend or return to this location.

Meredith was our server for my dad's birthday lunch today, and her service and attention to detail were exceptional. She was very attentive and kind, anticipating our needs without us having to ask for anything. Additionally, the hostess and manager were very inviting and friendly as we arrived. Thank you all for making my family feel welcome and for making my dad's birthday lunch fantastic!

Have dined here seldom, and usually they aren’t too crammed. However, on Valentine’s Day I made a reservation and when I showed up the kitchen was backed up and there was a wait even with the reservation. But even still they managed to find a table for us and get our food out without much of a delay, and was very satisfied with the service and food even though I know they were stretched very thin last night. Want to thank the lady who was able to find us a table and our waitress from that night who were very apologetic about the wait times and for maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. As someone who works in costumer service I’m very proud of them for how they were handling the kitchen being backed up.

Was there for Valentines day. Staff was not prepared for the crowds. They were not honoring reservations made. They did not have an efficient way to work the waiting list. It was frustrating to have reservations and then have no way to have them honored. Only one person at the bar serving the restaurant and people at the bar. Waited at least 30 minutes for a drink at the bar. They needed 2 or maybe 3 people behind the bar. Once seated, the server Mark, was attentive even though the kitchen was slow. The first line servers including the hostess made the best of a very bad situation they were put in. They worked very hard! Food took about an hour to get to us. I might suggest that on nights like Valentines day and Mother's day that the restaurant suspend to-go orders to keep up with what was going on in house. I believe that was a great cause for the in house back ups. Customers all around complined about drink and food times.

We got there 10 min before our our reservation, however, we got seated 25 min later. We ordered a couple cups of soup as appetizer and 3 main dishes medium size. The soup that we got 20 min later was cold and we requested for heat them up, they took another 10 min to bring our soup, but at least was hot. And then we waited for 40 min and we were still waiting for our food, we asked the waitress and she told us that the kitchen was a little behind but our was 5 min away, we waited. But we started to see more and more tables without food. After 20 min we got more impatient and we asked the manager and he told us that they were little behind, I told him that we have been waiting for 1 hour for our food and it was inadmisible. At the same time other people in the same situation started to complain too. The manager did not answer and he walked directly to the kitchen. After another 5 minutes multiple tables started to leave, and on our way out we saw that there were a bunch of people waiting for to-go orders, I asked them “how long have they been waiting” some were the for more than 1.5 hrs, but they can’t leave because they already paid. Definitely Red Lobster in Frisco is a fiasco, and is NOT a good restaurant anymore.
