    Valaentine's Day The concierge and staff handled the large crowd exellently. The food was outstanding, and we had the sweetest waitress.

    Restaurant is very short staffed. Service was slow, but waitress was very good though. Food and price was very good.

    Wait staff was great. Good was good! They were very busy on Valentines Day but did a good job!!

    Even with reservation we had to wait in line about 15 minutes. Personnel were overwhelmed with seating arrangements. It was obvious that restaurant did not have enough help. Wanted to seat us at booth where sun was brightly shining in windows (that obviously had not been cleaned in long time) but without shade to block it. Had to find another seat in section that was open. Server was attentive and took good care of us. But found out that dinner entries no longer included house salads. Steak was tough and hard to eat. We had not been to Red Lobster in several years due to lousy food & service. Heard that it had been sold and decided to try it again. Last time we will go.

    It was Christmas Day and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. They were extremely busy but the service was excellent. Robin was wonderful and the bartender served very good drinks!

    Red Lobster was wonderful. Friendly waitress who was constantly checking to see if we needed anything and the food was great. We loved our meal as we do every time we visit Red Lobster, keep it up.

    Did not honor reservation/priority request due to holiday. Said there was a system error and we should not have been able to make one. Waited over an hour to be seated, then waited long periods of time for service. Very short staffed, lots of tables empty, lots waiting on food or check. Not a good experience.

    Food came out cold. Side salad came out right before meal and had way too much dressing. It should be placed in a cup on the side

    Great meal and very attentive waitress! Food came out quickly and was accurate. We enjoyed our lunch and had an enjoyable experience.
