   Food was delicious/warm. Meagan our server was very gracious. Always checking in on us , if we needed anything else , she’s very attentive. Our favorite dish. “ Flatbread pizza lobster”. It’s not the first time we came to this location. I’ve been here w/ other friends several times . Rose

   Good service, food was decent. I forgot why I don't get crab as often, only the first piece is warm.

   'Shrimp Your Way" has replaced Endless Shrimp promotions. It's a decent value at $25, though it will set you back another $5.00 for pop and a soup/salad. The newer options ( Tequila/lime-decent rub, but a bit over-powering, and the dragon shrimp..best of all the choices are welcome additions.) Alfredo was watery and unseasoned. Others were standard fare. Coconut shrimp are large and come with a sweet pina colada-like dip which most of us enjoyed. Overall, not a bad overall price for big eaters. Ambiance is worn and tired, restaurant is too large. Staff was trying their best, attentive and working as a team. Manager knew nothing about OpenTable points or the program itself--she said she would make sure that she was educated on it for the future.

   Empty restaurant took forever to be seated, took forever to just get our waters crab legs and lobster tails were completely over cooked, waited several minutes for silverware to the point our daughters started the Mac and cheese with their fingers since everything was taking so long. Absolutely terrible service and the food matched the service..unfortunate

   Angelo our server was great. RL is suffering like many other restaurants due to being short staffed. Knowing this and planning accordingly made for a longer yet enjoyable evening. Angelo did the best he could while running all over the restaurant. You can’t fault him, it’s just the new normal. Our drinks were good, food was hot and refills were as quick as could be expected.

   After a. hour of waiting for our food, (with only some flat pop and half-baked rolls), we asked for manager and eventually walked out.

   Excellent value , the food was great and prepared perfectly. To top it off there is always the rolls.

   The food was solid... no complaints. It was quite frustrating that they were out of whole lobsters and that they had only 2-3 crab crackers in the restaurant. If you are having "crabfest" there should be a way to eat the crab. If you don't have the crackers, then the kitchen should be using a knife to precut some areas. Service was a little spotty but it was not super loud and it was a relaxing meal.

   Food was excellent! Our server was outstanding. They made sure we had what we wanted. Made sure my father had a nice Father’s Day lunch.

    Server was amazing!! 5 stars he needs to be promoted first time since we’ve been to this location that we were treated with so much respect.
