It took over 30 minutes for any order. We were there for our reservations at 7:30. Got sat at 8, didn’t get our food until 9. It was a busy day in their defense.

Service was excellent; however, the Orzo rice was cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The Blackened Mahi Mahi was very good!!

Food not as good as it used to be. Coconut shrimp was dry and tough. Biscuits didn’t have much flavor. Prices are now crazy high!

They were short of help. Our waitress was overwhelmed and literally running from table to table to deliver requests. There was no silverware and we were given a small bag of plastic utensils. My grandson, whose birthday we were celebrating, actually tried to cut his steak with them! There was no help to deliver drinks to tables; the waitress had to do it all. We waited long time for the food; no bread was offered while we waited. When the food came, the orders were wrong and sent back to the kitchen and the boy who delivered the food finally gave us some bread to eat. We finished out meal quickly once it came, and the food was excellent. It took from 5 PM to 6:30 to complete the visit because of food and service delay. We were all very disappointed in the service.

Not enough servers. Extremely long wait for food. Did not have enough biscuits, we ONLY received 1 a piece and couldn’t get anymore….

So I made the mistake of making a reservation on Father's Day, which was very busy for them, and normally I don't complain under the circumstances, but it was such a disappointing experience, I felt compelled to voice my feedback. - Made a 6:30 reservation and didn't get seated until approx. 7:10 or so. Saw the host give tables to multiple parties ahead of us. - Got seated next to bathroom, when there were other tables available - Waters took over 20 minutes, biscuits took 40 minutes, main entrees took 50 minutes, no joke. Refill on shrimp took another 30 minutes and I had to order immediately when the first order came out - Food was served to other tables before us on 2 occasions. - One of the tables near us must have been friends of the restaurant or maybe a former/current employee because employees would constantly pass by there to say hi and actually sit down at the table with the guests - The manager lady with the tablet came at sat down with those guests for maybe 10 minutes, then went and took their newborn baby with her into the kitchen for another 15 minutes. This is what infuriated my family as we felt like the entire kitchen was playing with a baby for a good 15 minutes while everyone in the dining room was waiting for food. Overall I was very embarrassed to take my family there, and it pretty much ruined part of my father's day. I take full accountability for booking on a father's day and dealing with wait times, but I think the restaurant and many of their employees should be accountable for their conduct during the busy times, especially management staff.
