service was great tonight. Claudia was attentive and efficient, she had a nice smile. the experience was pleasant. however the reward signed up the day before did not show up by the time we dined. it was a disappointment from the Redlobster site and nothing she could do about

Our experience today was poor. Our server was kind but she was overwhelmed. My steak was rare and not how I ordered it. My husband’s Lobster came at the end of the meal with the bill. On the way home I had the worst stomach ache from the shrimp 🤢….. honestly I don’t know what went wrong? Needless to say tonight was a mess

Not a good experience. Arrived and checked in. Bar was under staffed and long wait for cocktails. Once seated, long wait to be greeted. Service overall was good but food clearly tasted like frozen not fresh. Doubtful I'll try Red Lobster again.

Very disappointed ! We ordered soups and salads and we were not even half way through eating them and our food came out so by the time we were ready to eat the main meal it was cold ! The clam chowder was so thin and no clams at all mostly just liquid with nothing else
