    Related half an hour standing up even though he had a reservation and even though most of the tables were empty. We waited over an hour for our food to be served. It tasted like it had been reheated, some things were dry. Two of us didn't receive the things we'd ordered and had to get corrections made. You never got a receipt and never got one of the sides we ordered. This place needs new management.

    We were extremely frustrated with our Christmas Day experience! We made a 5pm reservation through Open Table which we made shortly after Thanksgiving. I confirmed the reservation with the restaurant directly by phone…twice! On Christmas Day, we showed up shortly before 5pm, and our name was written on the waiting list with an R next to our name. That was the only thing that distinguished us from all of the “walk-ins” who just showed up that day! Apparently, people with reservations had to wait the same amount of time as everyone else. After waiting for 1 hour and 15 min. and seeing the names above us being crossed off the list in order of their arrival, there were still at least 5 names above ours. I checked with the hostess a couple of times to remind her that we had a reservation, but she just shook her head. If the restaurant is not going to honor a reservation, they shouldn’t make any reservations at all! We finally told the hostess that we were leaving, and I think that she was grateful to have one less person on the list! We can’t give a review on the food at Red Lobster that day, since we never got past standing and waiting! We were VERY disappointed!

    I made a reservation and was seated 30 min after my time. Our food took 50 min to get and we waited 40 min for biscuits. Employees looked miserable, zero smiles, it was not a nice experience.

    Walked in while no one at the host stand, while 2 employees were behind the bar not doing anything, no hello, good evening or someone will be right with you. Finally the guy host walked up, ask them to make sure that he checked me in because I'm an open table customer and I want to make sure that I got credit for my visit. He said the system had been down for 3 days and I told him to make sure that he checked me in whenever the system came back up. The restaurant steamed extremely slow, has a very musty and not pleasant smell. There are many prices are astronomically high and continue to get higher but the quality is going down.. This restaurant has gone downhill and is extremely dysfunctional, seems like the staff doesn't know what they're doing or what to do. Manager never stops by to ask our experience is going or even a hello. Anytime we order soups, doesn't matter if it's a clam chowder or the lobster bisque It's always barely warm and never hot when it always should be. We really wish we can get good service want to walk in to be acknowledged as a customer and consumer and appreciated which we don't feel that we get at this location. They really need to train their employees customer service etiquette because they have none.. I give them a 3 out of 10 stars..

    Waited three hours for food and it was my boyfriends birthday and got the endless shrimp and couldn’t even get anymore shrimp. The server was pretty good except food took long.

    Everytime we visit this location there is No Host or anyone to greet us and have to wait at least 5 minutes before the host shows up unfriendly and rude. Even though the bar is straight ahead when you walk in the bartender never greets us nor does he or she ever say someone will be right with you They just completely ignore you. Extremely poor service.. I never smile nor are they friendly nor do we feel welcomed. We had clam chowder soup and it was barely warm. The biscuits should not taste fresh and barely warm. We would never recommend this location to anyone because of the overall poor service.

    Rude Hostess with Zero personality. Service at table was poor. One of the managers was in the bar across the way from the host stand even though we stood there for over 7 minutes waiting for the host, and the managers was looking straight at us and didn't even say hello greet us or say the host would be right with us. The staff is quite rude, unprofessional and they just don't care. Server took a long time to come to our table even though she walked by our table several times before she decided to stop.. She never came back to check on us and we had to get her attention and order to get anything we needed. Would definitely not recommend this location anyways. There was many dirty tables and food all over the carpet. We got sweet tea when we ask for unsweet tea and our server never stop by the table so we asked one of the managers that walked by and she said she'd bring it over and she never showed up again.. Again extremely rude and unprofessional. I called the same day to speak with the manager and whomever answered the phone I believe it was Brittany refused to put the manager on the phone and then she left me on hold for over 20 minutes so I had to hang up. She gave me a really hard time wanting to know who I was and why I needed to speak with the manager. I'm still waiting on my reward points to be added even though I scanned my ticket.

    Extremely slow service. Server took long times on returning to table. Drinks took a long time to be brought out especially drink from Bar, server had excuse that Bartender has a large to go order which wasn't our problem, they should have at least 2 Bartenders to avoid this from happening. Per server to log in on Table tablet to earn rewards for visit but did not work, at the end I had to scan to receipt to the app. What was the sense in logging in on the table tablet if it was not going to add my dining ticket to my rewards. Food could have been hotter and fresher. Clam chowder soup was barely warm. Not very satisfied with our overall experience.

    Very small portions for the prices of many dishes. Fish fry friday was a small incredibly greasy piece of fish. Should have come with cole slaw but that was missing fro plate. Shrimp with alfredo sauce was a gloopy mess. Not many crab legs were served in the entree portion. Overall way too expensive for the quality and quantity of food served.
