Went for a late dinner, got seated right away. Hadn't been there in literally, decades, so we needed time to peruse the menu. There were so many choices, but we think we did great. Food was good, and we tried things we don't usually order. There are a few things we want to try for next time!

Had priority seating. Restaurant was mostly empty yet the staff/hostess had a hard time finding a table and seating us. She appeared not to know what to do. Service was so very slow a snail could have beaten our server, Monica, in a race. She seemed very distracted. Anytime we needed her, her response was I'll be back and then she took her time responding to our needs. Food took a long time to arrive and our drinks took even longer. If we didn't have the Cheddar Bay Biscuits we would have starved. We ordered the Endless Shrimp and we kept getting the wrong shrimps or no shrimp at all. Based on this visit/experience we won't be patronizing this Red Lobster again.

We sat in the bar area with I believe her name was Ashley. She was great! Very attentive and spaced out the timing of our food perfectly. Made our anniversary lunch amazing. Thank you so much.

Week of vday and the staff was not prepared. People were being seated out of order. The wait list made no difference. I'm all for hiring kids for these jobs but they still need an adult for guidance

This was one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. The appetizer was a shrimp dish and was still raw. But mostly it was run down and gross.
