We arrived in Melbourne on Christmas Day, so we made a reservation in advance to ensure we had someplace for dinner that evening. So that said, I am very grateful they were open on the holiday and my expectations were pretty low in terms of service, etc. But the experience was not good. Even though we had a reservation, they were practically closed when we arrived and seemed bothered to seat us. They were out of numerous items, and after one round of biscuits, told us they didn't have any more. They took our order and after literally 45 minutes, the manager came out to tell me they didn't have the baked potato I ordered. The service was very, very slow. Again, I understand it was Christmas day, but if you don't have food and don't want to serve customers, maybe consider not being open. On a bright note, one of my sons thought the $25 steak and lobster deal was great and has been asking to visit a local location.

The restaurant wasnt busy but food & drinks took over 1.5 hours to get out. We had reservations for 7p and didnt get seated until 745p. We ordered 6 meals and 4 of them came out wrong. The table next to us waited over an hour for drinks and left. The server said the kitchen hadnt started on their meals

We arrived at the Melbourne, Florida location on a Friday around 5:30 and is was not busy. When we entered there was a sign with many positions available for employment and there were three young women at the hostess station. We were seated right away, but sat over five minutes before a server came to the table to greet us. We placed our order and the food was delivered but the server never returned until we were almost finished to inquire how the food was. Upon leaving the hostess with the red hair said goodbye to us but never looked up with her eyes which reflected she was going through the motions. There are so many restaurants on that one avenue we will not return to this red Lobster.

The food was excellent !!! The two lobster tail (Maine and Florida) platter was delicious. It also included a linguini, langostino, and lobster pasta in cream sauce which was very delicious.! I had the quinoa rice and broccoli for side orders. Our server was very nice and checked up on us often. I would recommend Red Lobster to my friends and family and any who asks. This was the first time and definitely not the last time we will be dining at Red Lobster.

We arrived early and they had no problem seating us (party of five). Our server didn't know that we were her table, so we had a long wait. From that point, the service just kind of fell apart. We received only one basket of biscuits, even though we asked for more and were told that they'd be right out. Beverages ran dry, twice. All were pleased with the food that was ordered. Four boxes were requested at the end of the meal, one was delivered to the table. We had to go get the rest. I wasn't overly pleased, however the food was good. I'd give them another try. A different server might make all the difference. I don't know if the server was new or not.
