Music was so loud it was difficult to hear during conversation. Our food was barely warm. Rolls were actually cold. The server did not return to our table to ask about our level of satisfaction. We wanted our food warned but by the time she returned she merely offered boxes.

I haven't been here in a hot minute and was surprised by the lack of a crowd. We were in and out, served quickly by a very cool server, and the value is good. Is it the best seafood in town, probably not. (Except for those biscuits, though). The twin lobster tails were good for the money, though!

Our service was better this time. Our food was great and the waitress was very good. I had a problem with my OpenTable priority seating, but the manager fixed it so my overall experience was really great. We had a great time. Thank you.

They were out of popular foods like the crab for the linguini (but not the crab for the queso appetizer because that was made in the morning—at least 16 hours earlier—I'm not sure which I'm more disappointed about). Two minutes after I gave the waitress my new dinner order, I asked if it was too late to change it. She got this sad scowl and said the kitchen was already working on it, so that she could do nothing. My meal, the last taken at least 15 minutes after the others, came out with the appetizers and was cold by the time the rest of the meals came, and they couldn't reheat it. I asked for more Alfredo sauce, as it had dried while I was waiting. They gave my daughter more ketchup for her French Fries than they gave me Alfredo. I wanted my kids to say they had been there, and even at nine and seven years old, they knew it was a bad all-around meal. And by the way, the baked macaroni and cheese on the menu is nothing like the $14.00 Kraft Macaroni and Cheese that came for my daughter. Again, I didn't have high expectations, but I had expectations that a $175 meal wouldn't suck so much.

The service this time was poor, didn’t get the things we ordered and had to ask several times for refills, quite disappointing for the price we paid.

They were out of food! The forgot the salads and appetizer, and by then the food was out. Took forever. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Red Lobster. They are usually consistent!

Food was great. Love their cheddar biscuits. Only negative was that they didn’t have crab cakes on the menu.

All food was great. Fish n Chips was average. Lobster and salmon combo was top notch. Sunset Passion Colada was AMAZING!
