Using Open Table to get on the list is perfect for weekend nights when places tend to be more busy during peak times. Our meal was great, our server was amazing, very friendly, very attentive, and you don't always get that anymore. My only complaint about this particular location is that it needs a serious table and seating remodel! Our booth's vinyl was peeling, the table had a lot of chips in it, and we have sat in other booths that have had vinyl peeling or holes in it. During the down time of Covid would have been a great time to do that like many other places did. But I'm guessing that they are also still trying to recover from the financial losses as well. I hope their corporate office does them a solid and gets that taken care of soon. Otherwise, our night was great!

We arrived a few minutes early, and had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated. People were swarming in for tables. And I am so grateful for the “Open Table” app. It certainly was very helpful and efficient for venues who can make it work in their eating establishment. The hostesses and management were all excellent in their delivery of services. The manager was great! She was walking around the dining area greeting customers, and serving their orders. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Kudos to the cooks! Thank you so much to all the staff, from the kitchen to the hostesses at the front, and the manager who were on shift for making our dining experience enjoyable and pleasant. You all did a superb job! We Love You Red Lobster!!!

Being able to make reservations when you travel long distance would be very helpful. I made reservation on my phone and it was confirmed. When we got to the red lobster i was informed they don't honor reservations on weekends. We waited a good 20 mins. before seating. Over half the seating was open and not occupied. Seemed the hostess had a system of only seating people waiting of at least 15 to 20 mins. to seat those waiting.

Had a free appetizer reward, so dropped in for a Thursday night dinner. It was not too busy, so we were seated right away and the server was attentive, but not too much so. The coconut shrimp appetizer was very good and tasted fresh. We also had the Thursday Walter's shrimp special as an entree and there was a good portion of shrimp provided and it was also fresh and delicious. The cocktails here are overpriced and not very strong, but if you order something like a Tito's and cranberry double, you will get a strong drink for a good price ($10). That is what we do from now on and it's made the full dining experience more enjoyable. I do not like the self-serve pay kiosks that they put at your table, as I prefer to have them be my cashier. Fortunately, our table did not have one of these and the server brought our bill and took my payment. Very good experience here and we will return.

I am giving a lower score because they said I was a no show for the reservation even though they checked me in by name. The food was good and the server was great. Fast delivery of the meal to the table.

Chef used so much salt on the broccoli that it was inedible. Fish was over cooked and also over salted. Service by Nicole was excellent!

3 baked lobster tails and 1 boiled tail later and whole lot of butter. Came for lobster fest. Good food. We don’t get this in Canada.
