I have not been to a Red Lobster in years so my expectations were apprehensive. However, now under new ownership, the quality of the experience was outstanding. My server, Megan K, was very attentive and provided friendly and efficient service. I ordered fried tilapia, loaded baked potato and caesar salad. Portions were generous and well prepared. Since this store is an older building, my only suggestion is to refresh the entry. Highly recommend for value, quality of product, and of course, outstanding service.

It was better than I expected before we went in. We had to wait close to 40 minutes but the food was awesome. The service was exceptional. We LOVED our server Christy(?) and she was so sweet. Looking to go again in the near future :)

Overall good experience. Started slow with the hostess not being very accommodating or pleasant. Our waitress was excellent and our food was too.

We were one of only a few pairs eating inside, so we didn't wait long at all for anything. The Shrimp Trio was great.

Food was good. Hostess was flustered and not straight on who to seat next, waitress was adorable and somewhat attentive but overall service was extremely slow. 4-5 unoccupied tables at all times and it still took 45+ minutes to get our meal.

Food was good service not there. Their computer system went down for about 30 minutes so no one could cash out unless they had cash on hand. No orders could go back to the kitchen and they wouldn’t do them manually then when the system came back up everyone’s order went in at the same time so it took about another hour and a half to get our food. When the food didn’t come out it was cold like it had been sitting. We told our server and they did a remake of food which only took about 15 minutes maybe. You could hear the server talking about how this wasn’t going well tonight and you just heard all the servers apologizing to everyone. Our specific server never asked us if we needed anything we had always like stop her she was going by her table to ask her for anything like extra napkins or getting a refill of water. I do love seafood and like the chain red lobster but don’t go to this location.

Service was great and my husband's food was great, but I ordered the snow crab legs and they were extremely water-logged and cold. I could tell they were relatively older from that day and had just been half-sitting under a heating lamp.
