   Food was oversalted. We ordered the lobster tail, shrijmp and salmon combo plate. Service was terrible. We waited a half hour before someone took our order and I finally, had to ask someone to take it. Someone in the next booth was listening to a program on his cell phone, on speaker! All in all it was an awful experience.

   Our server Bella was great! It was her 2nd day of working there and she made our meal super nice. We got the endless shrimp and it was so worth it!

   The food selection, taste and look are all very good, as usual. The prices are ridiculously high though. We went 4 months ago and items that were $31.99 are now $40.99. I get there's inflation but this is crazy.

   Went with my sister in law and we both have hearing issues. We were able to have conversations and had a truly wonderful evening. We hadn’t been to your restaurants in many years and it didn’t disappoint!

   Best seafood my wife and I had in a while. Very clean and professional. our waitress was very polite and helpful.

   We went to Red Lobster on New Year’s Eve and had a lovely dinner. Our waiter was lovely from beginning to end. I am giving it a 5 stars even though the front desk young lady was unfriendly. She really looked like she was not happy to be there and was unwelcome… Thank god for our waiter (who also seemed to be working as the bartender as well that night) who « saved the evening » by being truly professional and friendly. Food was really good. We had the dip to start with and both chose a salmon dish (mine came with shrimp). The Brussels sprouts side dish was outstanding.

   Always a great time at Red Lobster Paramus. The food, drinks, desserts, service and overall environment are great. The service is always professional and the environment is clean, relaxing and accommodating. My family and I really enjoy our restaurant outings at Red Lobster Paramus.

   Overall great experience at Red Lobster Paramus. Excellent, professional, friendly and informative staff. The bartender/server/to go service caretaker was amazing. Top-Notch food recommendation - the Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl, great tasting Lobster Punch and the chocolate Wave Cake and vanilla ice cream were delicious. Added bonus on Tuesday’s kids get a kids meal free. 🙌🏾 Thank you for overall excellent experience and great value.

    Open table does not help for anything. We did 8pm and showed up at 7:45 and they told us we still had a 50 minute wait when I thought open table puts you on the waiting list already when it was done an hour prior.
