When I used Open Table I indicated that we were celebrating a birthday and NOBODY ever even said Happy birthday.

It appeared the serve staff was working and they were short people. We were seated for a good period of time maybe 5-10 minutes before we were acknowledged. The waitress was great.

My food was unseasoned. My salmon was dry and my lobster tail was tough. My brother’s lobster tail was tough and his shrimp were so small. We had to keep asking for butter, cocktail sauce, tarter sauce and crab crackers. Unsure with the food so unappetizing, why they didn’t have these sauces on the plate when they came out. $90 down the drain and we traveled over 1 hour to eat here.

We didn’t get our wine/drinks until dinner and apps were served. The bartender was looking up how to make drinks online, and we were not treated as a priority. Food was consistent-per usual, but the service was sub-par. I don’t plan to attend this for a while until the service has improved.

We made an OpenTable rsvp for 7pm and waited 40 min for our table. Hostess couldn't figure out that pushing 2 tables together would make a 6 top. The ONLY saving grace to our dinner was our AMAZING waitress Savannah!! She was AWESOME! We left her an extra large tip to let her know our appreciation because yes, we do understand that people these days don't want to work and places are understaffed.

I'll be honest and say we usually shy away from chain Seafood restaurants however, with little options on a Saturday night, we took our chances. We were pleasantly surprised! Out of all things, my Daughter ordered a Sirloin steak and it was seasoned well and perfectly cooked! I enjoyed the Salmon New Orleans and Hubby had the Admiral's Feast. He couldn't finish it all and had to take the rest home! He's eating on it for lunch now as we speak. The service was a little slow but no big deal as it is expected on a busy, Saturday night. Our waiter was a young man that was polite and attentive. I'd come back again if service and the quality of food remained consistent.

Was just okay. Unfortunately, Red Lobster no longer does it for me. The variation in the food among the chain is too wide. They changed the pasta and the sauce. It was just okay.

Our waitress was experienced, very good at her job, pleasant to work with. We never had to ask for refills, wait time for our meal was very reasonable. The waitress made our visit very pleasant and memorable. We will definitely go there again and encourage others to go also.

This restaurant said that it does not use Open Table, so we did not really have a reservation nor were we put on a call ahead list. Luckily we were able to get a table so all worked out.
