   Grateful that Red Lobster is still in business, my friend and I went for the Lobsterfest. The decorations and pink bow ties for the waitstaff set a great atmosphere for Valentine’s Day. The food and dessert were delicious. Our servers were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Thank you to Red Lobster for a wonderful special treat.

   Our server, Roberto, was excellent. We didn't have to ask for refills on our drinks because he was very observant. The food was very good. He was always there to see if we needed anything. Thanks for the great service!

   The food is overpriced, and a minimum 18% tip is suggested. The food itself was great, but I would have preferred paying at least 30% less for it. The waiters were fine, but the expectation of a very high tip dampened my enthusiasm for their efforts. I work as a teacher and am constantly putting myself out for others. I don't expect - and would not accept - a tip for that. Why should I be expected to tip others who are simply doing their jobs - and very basic and simple jobs at that? In effect, I am putting money in the pockets of the business owners because they undoubtedly pay their employees less, telling them, "You'll make up the difference from tips." This means they earn money from me twice - once from their overpriced food, and again from the compensation I am paying to THEIR employees. This type of greed exemplifies most business practices in America and makes me wish there was a way to change it.

   The red lobster staff in riverside was amazing. Celebrated a birthday and they came out and sang . Truly a fun time . Food was good and as always the biscuits are my favorite.

   We enjoyed our wait team. Crab legs were sensational. Had a 10% coupon but still not a cheap meal.

   Waiter was either new or incompetent. Forgot to put in our order for appetizers. Several minutes after the appetizers were ordered the waiter came back to our table to ask if we had ordered any appetizers. We ultimately received them the same time the main course arrived. I requested a refill on my beverage which he forgot about until I made a second request. For what they charge for food, service should be a priority. While waiting for our food a couple of tables around us also experienced problems getting their food and the correct food order. Completely unacceptable. Not sure if we will be back.

    Delectable, Divine. We had; Steak,Lobster,Shrimp combo , Double Lobster, Ultimate Feast, Salmon and Brussel Sprouts (phenomenal). The price was worth every bite.
