   Great waiter, lovely and cozy area, some options were great prices but sides and drinks are a bit pricey. The noise level was great, except this family’s 3 or 4 year old child was making a constant noise sounding like an owl. It was very annoying. Other than those things the night was great. And my birthday celebration was memorable. Thanks red lobster.

   The crab fest was great. Better than expected. We enjoyed ourselves a great meal. The service was stellar as always.

   We had put our names on the waitlist for Feb 14 @ 7PM. We showed up at 6:20 and were told it’d be an hour wait. We showed up in an hour and were told It’d be another hour. THERE IS NO POINT IN HAVING A WAITLIST AND LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS CHOOSE A TIME IF IT IS REALLY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

   Horrible service the worst I have ever had !!! Waiter only came to the table one time !!! Just to take our order after that we had to flag people down to get a refill or anything.. it wasn’t even busy it was Saturday at 4pm wtf!!! I hurt me to give any tip at all it wasn’t deserved at all!!! I will not go back ever again.. I go out to dinner quite a bit and have some real expensive dinners on some busy nights and I have never had service as bad as this

   Dwayne, our server was very attentive and professional. He took care of our needs at every step. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with his service.

   Experience is okay, not great. I went before 3, told them had a open table reservation, waited for few minutes. The ambiance is sad, it needs a lift, so sad. Guests are not following safety protocols as servers reminding people to wear masks if they are not eating and people did not follow then. My server, Isaac iwas great.

    Good food for a chain restaurant, good service. Prices like many restaurants are a little high but quality is good
