Our reservation was for 7:15pm. It wasn’t until I reminded staff that we’ve been waiting almost 25 minutes. The food took a while to arrive but the food was great.

We had a good experience. Our reservation was at 7:15. We weren’t seated until 7:20 so we didn’t wait that long, service was great.

Staff were very polite, service was slow. Server made a mistake and was apologetic and made up for. Quality of food is beginning to decline

The appetizer was ill-timed and came about two minutes before the entrees. The steak for my granddaughter came out raw. Part of the steak wasn’t returned after it was finished cooking the second time it was sent back to cook more thoroughly (she is 3 and won’t eat it rare). The service was perfect, our server was attentive. The entrees otherwise were very good. Overall a positive experience.

First, I was advised that Res Lobster does not participate in Open Table anymore. But they were able to get us a seat and everything went great. Awesome and reasonable prices. Family of 6, around $160.
