   My shrimp was way over cooked. My daughter ordered a burger and it was still cold in the middle as if they but a frozen pasty on grill.

   Excellent service, food was great and waiting staff was very attentive. The restaurant was clean. Sure it’s somewhat outdated decor but we didn’t notice it much. We’ll be back!

   We had crab legs..They were perfect. I had the larger size it was worth the extra $5.Our waitress was very good. Knows the menu and can answer questions. Here's what we did not like. The place is dark, dated and just sad. It needs to be cleaned out of the 70's basement decor go sleek and modern. Our table was piled high with the shells of crab legs past. I had to insist the table be cleared before the desert came. Apparently it is the policy of RL to bus tables after the diners leave. Nobody does this and nobody wants to have a wonderful desert surrounded by, what is essentially garbage.

   Maya (I hope I am spelling this correctly), was our server and she was amazing!!!! She had our drink refills ready before you would even need to ask. My hubby ordered the all you can eat shrimp and she asked when dinner was brought out, “What may I go ahead and put in for you for your next ones?” There was no wait on his orders at all…Honestly, I was impressed. Several years ago we came here and wouldn’t consider going back, but circumstances changed and we decided to give this location a 2nd chance: I am so glad we did! We will be back and Maya needs an enormous raise!

   It was terrible. The staff, including the manager, did not even acknowledge that you can make a reservation with you. The manager didn’t know what open table was. The wait was one hour and no recognition of our reservation. The couple behind us had the same experience. Restaurants like this give open table a bad name.

   Used open table to make a reservation for priority seating. Manager of 15 years said they don’t take reservations and never heard of open table. Red Lobster in my area does not recognize the open table app.

   Outdated interior, poor service and less than desirable food. I would not return there again.
