45 minutes till our app was delivered. Almost 90 for main courses. Check was dropped right after we received our entrees. No apology until I complained. Manager did comp about 30% of our bill. And our server was nice, but overwhelmed. Idk where the fault lies. Staffing, scheduling, culture of employees. But we won't go back to this location

We had a reservation and had to wait to be seated when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Service was poor, we were left without checking on us for 20 minutes at a time. Food was not very hot, and they were out of rice. The restaurant was not very busy at all, more people working than customers eating. Overall the experience was poor. We did, however, get lots of biscuits which was very nice.

We decided to take advantage of the Endless Shrimp promotion since we had not been to Red Lobster for some time. Our server was delightful and our meal was delicious. The portions were so huge, we ended up taking three to-go boxes home with us. The atmosphere was laid-back, and although there were many people dining when we arrived, we enjoyed a nice, quiet meal.

All you can eat shrimp was scrumptious. The butter biscuits were the best in years. If a remodel was done, the ambiance would be a 5! Left under $80 for family of 5. 2 hours of lively sea fairing crab leg dinner for the Mom

Our visit to Red Lobster was better than in the past. Good service once we were at the table. Food was good, the rolls are of course the best, and the price is ok for the amount of food you get. My only complaint is that we used the Open Table app to set our place in line about 45 mins before a 7pm arrival, and when we arrived the hostess said it would still be a 15-30 min wait. I said but we got our name in line 45 mins ago, and they weren’t that busy either from the waiting area. She seemed super confused, then came back and said it would be 10-15 mins. Which was “ok”, but I was still annoyed. We quietly went over and hung by the entry to wait, when the manager came up and asked very confused about our use of Open Table. I said “yes, I booked thru the app for a table at 7pm as well as clicked the acknowledgment that it was not a reservation but putting our name in line. She still seemed confused, but did say they would get us in ASAP. We ultimately only waited 10 additional minutes. So it wasn’t bad. I think they need to get more familiar with the OpenTable app and what it looks like to their patrons. Otherwise great experience.

Endless shrimp is the best time of the year. I'm disappointed they got rid of some of the flavors, but it was still delicious.

Our waitress was awesome. Very polite and courteous. Let us know that she was training wanted us to let her know what she could do better with or anything. She was the best!!. The food quality has gone down hill, no garden salads only Caesar salad as a choice. Steak was not cooked as ordered on 2 of us. Daughters lobster was terrific she said. Shrimp Alfredo was a little dry. I used to love coming to red lobster not so much now. Tammy runyan
