   This particular evening the service was super slow. The restaurant was not busy so that could not be a reason for the slowness. We were a party of 7. Some got received their food after a 1 hour wait and some remained waiting! One person at out table watched as everyone else ate as she did not receive her dish until after everyone else was almost finished. The food was good so no complaints there other than some did not get their side dishes which were to be part of their meal.

   Help me understand…. At Winter Haven’s RL 7:30 pm -Open table reservation 7:45. -Seated 8:45: first round of endless shrimp 9:10 pm - still waiting 9:13 - second round ( already Missed my 9:00pm appointment) Asked for ice for my mango ice tea and they bring a mango lemonade Worst experience ever So sad

   Preferred seating was zero help at all. Waited 40 minutes for a table while walk ins were seated first. Don’t bother with preferred seating. Service was somewhat slow, noise level high and poor lighting.

   Family dinner- food was well prepared including market fresh lobster, Cajun chicken linguine,grilled chicken tenders with fries,Mac and cheese, grilled trout, and flounder with coconut shrimp. Neighboring table was loud with celebration was the only negative.

   So dark you would have thought they were shutting down and leaving. After checking in, it took 30 minutes to be sat. There were unclean empty tables everywhere. Our orders were completely wrong.

    Overpriced for quality of food. Server was friendly but pace of food coming out was too fast.
