Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 9-11pm Friday-Saturday.

    I was very disappointed - I was asked if we wanted still or sparkling water (I just wanted tap) and was provided with a $12 bottle which I didn’t realize had a cost until the check came. While the food is good, I feel I’m being upsold every time I go. I’m going to limit business meals in the future because of this

    Excellent dinner! My husband and the trio tacos and I had the trio enchiladas! We also had oysters and goat cheese tamales! They were delicious!!! The service was amazing and we had such a great time!!! Thank you!

    The carne asada fajitas, instead of requesting medium was well done and dry. The enchiladas were tasting like frozen enchiladas we bought from supermarkets and nothing special. The tres leches dessert was nothing special. The service was not the best. Lower than ordinary experience from a used to be great restaurant.

    Atmosphere was cozy by the fire and food was very good. Service was expedient and consistent. Staff was nice and courteous. Only draw back was the music was loud where it was hard to converse with my partner. Other than the latter, overall experience was very good and would recommend.
