   We had the CAB bone in ribeye 22oz and the salmon. Both were excellent and cooked to our liking. Steak was one of the best I have had in our 3 year tour of the Cleveland area fine dining. Our side dish of Brussels sprouts was just okay, but the Red cheesecake for dessert was awesome. Service was very attentive and made the evening very pleasurable.

   First time to RED- Pinecrest. Firstly, way larger inside than I imagined and lots of space between tables, which was nice. Bar sits in back and looks to be a fine place to enjoy a cocktail or sit and enjoy dinner or apps. Ordered up a nice bottle of wine, and they did have a few lower priced alternatives, but I realized I misread my pricing when my bill came. Enjoyed the Lamb chops, which were wonderfully seasoned, and my wife enjoyed the filet. Sides of Truffle mashers and brussels sprouts which were both terrific. Finished with Beignet's and dipping sauce which were great as well. A super expensive treat, but enjoyed it a great deal. Our waiter was attentive without being too intrusive. All in a great dinner experience.

   We had a very good experience! Very comfortable seating at the bar. The bartender was great and very accommodating. The food was incredible! We were there for 3 hours and didn't even realize it. Absolutely a go to again.

   I’ve never been here before but husband had to work Valentine’s Day so we went the next day! We were sat at a table by the door (so we were cold). Didn’t get the bread until appetizer came out. All of our food was salty. My salad was salty. The steak was salty and the shrimp pasta was salty. That was my first AND LAST time going there!!! The drinks at the bar was great!!!!

   The service is very slow - we didn’t even get a bread basket for over 20 minutes. They ran out of the au gratin potatoes the day prior but didn’t mention that to us until we tried to order them. Our food came to our table lukewarm. We won’t return to this location. The downtown location is leaps and bounds better than Pinecrest.

    My partner and I tried RED on Valentine’s weekend for the first time. We have been to many steakhouses in Ohio over the years and I think this one is lower on my list. I understand that Valentine’s weekend is busy, and I assume this is why they opened another room (seemingly an event room) to accommodate a higher number of reservations. But, the room lacked the elegance of the main dining area, had little decoration and honestly it felt like we were dining in a finished basement due to the lack of windows. Our server (I forget his name, unfortunately) was amazing. He was very nice and apologetic (even though it was not his fault) that our food took OVER an hour to come out. The food was good and the sides are a great size for the price. We had the truffle mashed potatoes and green beans with our steaks, which I recommend. Overall, I am not sure I would recommend this location of RED or not. It may be a better experience for others not during a busy holiday weekend.
