   It was a very busy lunch crowd and our server was struggling trying to balance it all. The wait time was longer than usual and it was very noisy and my friend who has some hearing issues had some trouble hearing our conversation. The food was good.

   Service was absolutely atrocious...bringing wrong drinks, leaving out sides that came with some of the meals and providing the wrong vegetable on top of that, bringing out a salad much later than the rest of the groups' salads to one person and then totally forgetting to bring out his entree until the rest of us had finished most of our meals. The manager DID comp some of the separate sides/extras with our meals but would highly question the competence of at least some of the employees they're hiring. Food was very good-to-excellent, but the horrific service ruined that, as well. The acoustics/noise level in the restaurant are horrible - you have to literally yell to both carry on a conversation AND state your order to the wait staff.

    Went to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Was a great experience as always. Their food, ambiance, and service are excellent! Jagger was our server…couldn’t have asked for one better!
