Service was very good, quietly efficient. I had the fillet steak, which was excellent and cooked medium rare, as I ordered. My husband had the lamb which he enjoyed as the the meat was very good, but too much pasta. We were disappointed with the selection of desserts so just had coffee, which was very good.

A very central location, team members were good and food was appetising. Needed to remind team members from time to time about deserts. We have eaten whilst staying at the hotel on 4 consecutive occasions.

The food was very poor, cold and dried out. What was provided for the cost was very overrated and definitely not worth it. Staff seem to have very little idea of what was going on. The amount and the type of food was extremely dissatisfactory.

Very slow service. Entree plates not removed before main meal was served. Food was slow to come out and not cooked well. Drink service was slow.

We visited for the breakfast buffet and had the most amazing service. Two of the guys were so friendly and attentive. Best service we’ve seen for ages and totally unexpected at a breakfast buffet!

Buffet breakfast, first round of coffees unfortunately weren’t hot. 2nd were better and staff apologised. Eggs were cooked to order - 1 was poached perfect the other overcooked. Nice bircher, yoghurt and fruit. Were seated at a window with the blinds closed till I asked them to be opened.
