Experience award-winning fine dining in a modern, contemporary setting while supporting our highly talented students on their journey to professional excellence. Restaurant at Birmingham College of Food offers top quality food and service delivered by students training on our chef, food service courses under the guidance of industry expert tutors at University College Birmingham.

Restaurant provides exceptional value for money for high levels of cooking, service, creative flair and quality seasonal produce. Our Dinner Menu might include delicious fish and shellfish, premium beef, lamb, poultry or game, and imaginative vegetarian dishes. This runs alongside a lunchtime menu providing excellent value for money. The restaurant also draws on a dedicated pastry section where our skilled student chefs produce an array of elegant desserts.

The restaurant is available for exclusive use for private events for lunches and or dinners. with the capacity to accommodate 120 guests, it is the perfect space. We offer menus to suit you and your guests, this can be for birthdays, Holy Communions, special anniversaries, we are here to help. Food was delicious: lovely choices, well cooked and great value. We waited a long time between courses and so the mains, although tasty, should have been hotter. Table service was too intensive, so much as to be intrusive. I realise the young staff are in training but this became really annoying.

We loved it cannot fault it, the food was Michelin star quality , the wine was was British and delicious, service was very good

An excellent Christmas experience with soft piano music in the background The food was excellent along with the service and a great attitude to please from the staff I will definitely be coming back in the New Year

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I come every year for our special Christmas date night . The decor the staff the amazing food make it such a lovely experience .

As always, the food was excellent. The service was very good and considering these students are first year students, and English is their second language, I couldn’t fault the attentiveness of those serving us. I will be a regular visitor. I would have to pay twice the price elsewhere for the standard of cuisine experienced at Tge Cllege of Food.
