Service was outrageous. Indifferent waiters. Busy with each other and don’t pay attention to the customers. Food returned uneaten, water bottle served not cold and disappeared without refill Very highly priced. Doesn’t worth it. Plenty superb restaurants around

Booked the restaurant at 8pm. They took the booking and even sent a confirmation that we would be there. Travelled there to find it was completely shut

Reservations were open when actually the restaurant was closed for renovation. It is a shame

Although I made an invitation for Friday evening 6/9/2024, which is my birthday I came to the restaurant and found out it was closed, very disappointing that I came to celebrate a special day!

Food was nice but won’t go back. 95% of the women in the place were working girls. Not even being discreet about it

Amazing experience at verde, the food was incredible particularly the burrata to start. The atmosphere was very lively.

The worst experience of food and staff. We are regulars at Verde Jumeirah and Verde Beach for the past few years as well as a frequent guest in St. Tropez. Dinner was over-cooked Waygu beef, our guests complained as they asked for Medium Rare and it came out well done. Staff argued it was fine in the center, manager said the same thing and then 20 min later with food sitting there not eaten chef agreed and said he needed another 20 min to do it again. Staff were arrogant and rude and the guest left without eating, then presented the bill saying they would not charge for the two uneaten dinners and half-eaten food we had, paid the bill and left and would never return. Food was not up to par and the staff have an ego of take it or leave it. Save your money, and find a better place to spend 4000 AED for two partially eaten meals and drinks. Famous around the corner treats their guests with respect as do many other places. Update: Customer service called the next day to apologize and say we are welcome back anytime....told her it was not her who needs to apologize and why would we come back and spend more money after that evening. Verde just does not care about its guests!
