Our dinner was exceptional. We had the 5 course tasting menu. The flavors were amazing. The wait staff were very knowledgeable of the history each dish that was served. The presentation of each dish was elegant and beautiful. They were so friendly and professional. ICU will be in our rotation of fine restaurant in Puerto Vallarta.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed the 7 course tasting menu at ICÚ. I also had the wine pairing which was expertly chosen and featured excellent Mexican wines, except for a very nice Spanish Cava to start. We were warmly greeted by the host and service was outstanding throughout the evening, friendly yet professional. The decor is stunning. The cuisine is modern and elevated yet still distinctly Mexican. Every course was delicious and we especially appreciated the vegetables since they’re often overlooked on tasting menus. For us the standout dish was the Mahi-Mahi though it’s hard to pick just one favorite. Very highly recommended!

The tasting menus at Icu showcase the flavors of Mexico in a gourmet but very accessible way. The wine pairings are so great in exemplifying the variety and quality of Mexican wines which are outstanding. The service here is flawless every time with both Darwin and Ana giving impeccable care. We love ICU!

El menú degustación de 9 tiempos fue maravilloso! Los cócteles deliciosos! Volvería sin duda en mi siguiente visita!

El servicio asume cosas, y eso le hace errar. El servicio sigue un libreto y no escucha, se equivoca. Hay pobreza en atención y desperdicio en cuidado de la experiencia. Es un lugar para lo que despectivamente se denomina “gringos”, en otros términos es una trampa de turistas.

Everything about the meal was exceptional except the meager poor of wine that was presented (by the glass for $450).
