I love everything RH but truly the worst lobster roll I have ever had and I am from New England. Shocking that they would serve soggy lobster and the size was half the average size of any lobster roll I have ever had. I never write reviews but had to make sure no one else made the same mistake.

This is the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever been in! It’s absolutely magical! The food was amazing. I had the shaved ribeye sandwich and it was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the ambiance… I didn’t want to leave!!!

Waiters were kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was stunning. Even when it got crowded it wasn’t very loud in there. Fantastic choice for a fancy date night. We will be back.

First time at RH and the reception and staff were friendly and warm. Ambiance was beautiful despite the dreary rainy day. Food was good but not exceptional. The lobster roll could have been dressed more and come with fries. We had to order that separately. The burger was disappointing for an establishment of this caliber. It used American cheese and had no raw onions. Not sure if they were going for a Big Mac but the cheese did a disservice to the burger. Also it was overcooked. Would have been so much better with a good cheddar and fresh onions. The arugula salad was perfectly dressed and delicious but at $18 was overpriced for just a bowl of rocket salad and shavings of parm. The wait staff were down to earth and really nice. Overall, the experience was nice but they could improve their food if they want to match their prices.

Restaurant Review I recently dined here for my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful—warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. For my meal, I ordered the branzino paired with charred broccoli, and it was perfection. The flavors complemented each other so well and were cooked to absolute precision. As an appetizer, I tried their artichoke chips, which were crispy and delicious. To top off the evening, the restaurant surprised me with a chocolate chip cookie for dessert in celebration of my birthday, and it was so decadent and delightful. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made me feel celebrated. Every detail, from the ambiance to the food and hospitality, was on point. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

We chose RH because of its beautiful ambience and booths service very accommodated and food very good. We liked the smaller menu… quality excellent One thing missing was any mention of holidays nor any reference to Holidays. While lightening was gorgeous it seemed a bit sterile/ corporate. . Staff efficient but not overly friendly…. We expected a bit more warmth /cheerfulness since it’s the holidays… .

Favorites include the butterscotch brûlée, prime dip sandwich, all of the salads, truffle fries and regular fries. The ambiance is great for any kind of meal from business lunch to romantic date. The food is upscale casual. The waitstaff is very attentive in a good way.

Food lacked flavor for the price. Ambiance was amazing though. Server was good too. The booking host was rude and unwilling to accommodate at all but the manager Alex took over and sorted stuff. Not posting to yelp or google as I know how much a bad review means to a business. Improve on these pointers though.

Our server was great, very pleasant and answered all of our questions. He made a a great anniversary lunch and food was excellent as well
