Revel is a casual American restaurant and Gastro Bar located in Downtown Pittsburgh, steps from Market Square. Revel has a classic breakfast offering as well as a unique lunch and dinner menu.     Food was good and reasonably priced. Brussel sprouts were fantastic! Service was a little slow, but not terrible. Waiter was nice, just seemed new. We were seated right next to the door on a very cold day. Restaurant wasn't very crowded so I'm not sure why we wouldn't have been seated further back. Might return on a warmer day.

    We visited on a Tuesday and had an amazing experience! Valet service was perfect, and the restaurant itself was cute, clean, and inviting. Bri, our waitress, was super attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The food was incredible—some of the best Brussels sprouts I’ve had in months! Everything about the evening was on point. Highly recommend!

    We ordered our drinks and had to wait almost a half an hour to get them. The restaurant was not very crowded so we did not understand why we had to wait so long. However, food was very good, and the overall service was good as well. Our server kept apologizing for the wait for our cocktails, as it appears, she couldn’t understand why it was taking so long.

    My wife and I went in for brunch and decided to sit at the bar. Where we were ignored for 15 minutes. After placing our drink order we waited another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We then ordered our food which never arrived…after waiting for 30-40 minutes we paid for our drinks and left.. needless to say we were very disappointed and will not be returning.

    Great food and a great vibe. Service was fantastic and we were checked on not just by our waitress, but also the other staff including our hostess. Definitely not a quiet place, but this is part of the deal. Just overall awesome.

    I was part of a party of four. We all had one drink. My date and I split a house salad, she ordered the pork chop (she loved it) and I ordered the blackened salmon (it was good). The other couple enjoyed their orders (a salmon dinner salad and the chicken fritte. Service was fine. the only complaint I have is that my straight-up Manhattan cocktail was served in a rocks glass instead of a cocktail glass. All in all, we enjoyed our meal, most everything was fine, but nothing flashy.
