Our experience was great except for our server. She was slow to respond to our needs. And it only got worse as dinner proceeded. She got seated with a third table and then we barely saw her. To get the check was difficult!

Christmas Eve dinner, as expected, the restaurant was very busy. Ambiance was very nice. Food was very good. Menu is limited and yet they ran out of the Shaved Ribeye and Butterscotch Brûlée. The two menu items my wife wanted. Not a big deal, just saying. Service was excellent. I would recommend for special occasions.

Wonderful place to celebrate the holidays! Plenty of parking and eye candy to see as you make your way up the stairs. Menu has wide variety for everyone even picky eaters! Waiter had great recommendations. Lobster rolls with caviar and banana spilt were a must!!! Best place to feel like you’re outside when it’s cold but you are tucked inside where it is cozy!

Beautiful dining area, with semi private seating. Burrata appitizer was delicious with an average presentation. French dip style sandwich caesar salad, and potatoes puree were good but not extraordinary. The bacon on the club sandwich made it much better than average. The melt in your mouth filet steak in the salad came out MW instead of MR and was sent back. The truffle fries were excellent but for $20.00 and a single serving size not really worth it. The service was very good. That sums up the entire experience nice but not worth the price tag. I would not go back again.

The grilled shrimp was delicious, and we highly recommend it. The salmon was well-seasoned and cooked, but the quality of the fish was low. The kale salad with shrimp was delicious, and the broccolini will make you want to order seconds. The service was excellent, and everyone was very kind. Although it was busy, our waiter could have been more attentive; on lighter days, this might not have been the case. Overall, we recommend eating here. The experience cannot be beaten, regardless.

This is our second year selecting RH for our family pre-holiday dinner, and this year, it was far less than we expected. Our biggest concern is how crowded the restaurant was and that our bill was 40% higher this year vs. last year for virtually the same menu choices. While the visual ambiance is lovely, we will go somewhere different next year for the price we paid.

RH is one of the best restaurants in Charlotte. Food and service are consistent and always excellent. Brunch menu offers exceptional variety with something for everyone. Lunch and dinner menus are plentiful too.

I knew this was an expensive restaurant but my friend and I wanted to go somewhere special for the holidays. I just expected the quality of food to match the price. I paid a $28 for a very small Chinese chicken salad that had no flavor. The chicken tasted like the precooked fajita strips you can buy at the grocery store and the dressing either had no flavor or they forgot to put it on. It was the size that a side salad might be in other restaurants. My friend had a different salad and said that it was just okay. The truffle fries we shared were pretty good. The service and atmosphere were great but I wouldn’t go back.

Service was sub par. Some items were never brought to table. From the time the food was dropped off to the time I asked for a check, nobody came to check in the table. Poor management staff!! Not a good experience!!

Must make reservations of which we did or you will have a hard time getting in. We were asked if we were celebrating anything when we arrived and mentioned it was a birthday, but it wasn’t acknowledged in any way during our visit. That felt a bit strange, especially since they specifically asked. The overall experience was still enjoyable, though. The ambience was definitely the highlight — the intricate design, beautiful chandeliers, and mirrors created a stunning atmosphere that made the visit memorable. As for the food, the menu is somewhat limited, but the dishes were decent and satisfying. The service, however, was a bit slow both in terms of food delivery and waiting on us, which was a little frustrating. While the food wasn’t the standout feature, the restaurant’s atmosphere made up for it. All in all, a lovely place to visit for the ambience, but the service could use some improvement.
