   I’ve been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time. Just to say I’ve been there and done that if nothing else. It is beautiful and it is elegant. The service was excellent and very professional on every level except for their front desk. They seem to be in disarray for sure. It’s true that we were early and we’re seated about a half an hour earlier than our reservation but that has nothing to do with what seemed like general disorganization of many girls seeming confused. We would have liked to have been seated in the main area of the restaurant where you really feel the beauty and splendor of a rooftop place with its gorgeous ambiance throughout. Being early and being seated early I didn’t want to be fussy and express that preference but I certainly should have. It was sort of ok in the side room but not the same at all as it would have been. My friend was staring at someone’s balcony while a lady “let her dog out” on the balcony, while I sat facing into the center of the restaurant. I apologized for that as I was also disappointed. I knew it had a limited menu so that wasn’t an issue. I also knew that it, even for lunch, it would be a more expensive outing than usual. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a full bar rather just wine and maybe beer. The shaved rib eye sandwich was excellent. The sweet potato fries with a ramekin of sauce on the side was excellent as well. The lobster roll was good too but they should be ashamed of serving a lobster roll with the scant amount of lobster on top of it.They sit the lobster ON TOP ONLY of a roll, the roll itself not even separated so really just very little on top but it’s really next to nothing and I’ve had lobster rolls before. We shared both entrees. Again food was good. All in all I’m glad I did the “been there done that” outing that I was looking forward to. However, sitting in one of the side rooms, even though it had the beautiful chandeliers and all, wasn’t the experience I was looking to have.

   Amazing. Matt was awesome. He knows exactly when to show up and when to leave alone. The views and setting were incredible.

   Excellent service! The waitress was patient and employed exceptional communication regarding menu recommendations ! The overall experience was 9/10. Staff members encountered genuinely aimed to elevate the dining experience!

   My experience with my small group lunch was overall very enjoyable. I really wanted to give 5 stars across the board. The food was delicious, and our wait staff (once seated) was very friendly and attentive. The hostess however was quite rude. I experienced the same rudeness when I called for my reservation. I originally wanted 7 people and that was absolutely not an option and don't even try to make 2 reservations for 3 because you won'e be seated next to each other. When my group reduced to 6 when one person had to cancel, I went ahead and made the reservation for 6. I arrived 15 minutes early to greet my guests for lunch at the table but was told I needed to wait for the entire group to arrive before I could be seated, and that on the 4th floor there was no where for me to sit and wait so I'll have to go somewhere else. Mind you the restaurant was not full for a midweek lunch, and there was plenty of seating. The attitude of the young woman at the hostess stand was very rude and dismissive. An otherwise very enjoyable lunch left a sour taste in my mouth with the lack of customer service at the hostess stand. Please do better.

   Fantastic dinner place. Although the menu is not extensive everything we had was top notch, from the ribeye all the way to their banana split .

   Very disappointed with the limited menu and lack of a full bar. Along with the limited menu was a lackluster vegetable selection. We picked what we thought was a very high end restaurant to celebrate our anniversary only to be totally dissatisfied!
